We need to identify all of the expenses associated with ChangeCampOttawa, and how each of these items will be paid.
Online Community Engagement (prior to the event)
http://www.pathable.com offer:
- fee of $500 for setup and hosting of Pathable for the event for six months for up to 150 people
- setup will be basic implementation into Event Bright and logo banner on the site
- any set up of the calendar schedule will be via a spreadsheet you would forward in a format that we specify
- inclusion of Pathable as a Sponsor within the event site and any printed or website materials for the event
- City of Ottawa to support a Pathable case study through a survey of attendees and follow-up with Pathable marketing
- set up and launch of the site to occur between 4/16 and 4/24
- invoice for immediate payment to occur following acceptance of this email of term
