What groups are disenfranchised? ·People that are not ChangeCampers – how does a society reach them ·The elderly, those that don’t care, insular communities, geographic, etc ·What does the public/government do? What are the gaps? ·Health Care - what are examples/case studies where marginalised groups have been implicated? ·Dynamic demographic changes ·How do we find these marginalised groups? ·How do we scale/measure the group sizes?
