1pm-2pm How do we open Data? What is the role of a public broadcaster in engaging citizens in the democratic process? Designing toronto.ca/ opendata (What data? What apps?) If we have a coalition government, how do we make sure it delivers what is promised in the coalition accord so we can have real change and hope? How to make conversations accessible? How can we level the lobbyist playing field - citizen coordination How do we connect the disenfranchised with the "franchised"? How to create educational tools for groups e.g, youth, elderly, newcomers   Given the existing political system how does government deal with the political risk associated with openness?
 What private sector best practices and methodologies can we leverage for positive change Open voting: How can it connect with you? How can we use the internet to support political candidates between elections Solving the "Problems"  taking the brief (see above) and designing multiple solutions How can we use mass information technology to create safeguards against the type of policies and disinformation propogated during the Bush admin? (so it doesn't happen here) How can govt orgs like the TTC better use social media to engage with customers/ citizens?

How can "representative democracy" (representatives do gov't) meet "age of participation" (we all do gov't MoveOn.org for Canada       Civic/public participation in policy making How do we engage and empower the country's largest voting bloc, So401 (S of 401)? How to empower people to take power for positive social change in their communities   How we, the people can create and inffluence a new global gov. body? What 5 things can governments do NOW to be more open? What is an effective business model for community based initiatives that allow grass root movements to prosper What skills and experiences do youth require to start the process of engagement?

Grid is a bit confusing. Going to tab sections which I thought were associated with topics listed in the Grid, but find nothing there.
